Job Title: Sr. Program Manager
Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a high-impact $30–40M enterprise program. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end delivery, manage complex multi-workstream initiatives, and ensure alignment with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Define program scope and direction with business stakeholders
Lead full lifecycle delivery (development, testing, financials)
Manage program budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis
Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve dependencies/risks
Prepare and present executive-level communications
Champion best practices and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

10+ years IT experience; 5+ years managing large-scale programs ($15M+)
Strong leadership in matrixed environments
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Project and Office tools
