Technical Project Manager Data & Snowflake Migration
Onsite: Iselin, NJ or Charlotte, NC
Step into a highly visible role where technical delivery, data transformation, and client partnership come together. This position supports major data technology initiatives in the legal, risk, and compliance space, with a strong focus on data warehouse modernization and Snowflake migration.
The ideal candidate is more than a traditional Project Manager this is someone who can understand the data landscape, work closely with architects and developers, translate business needs into technical direction, and keep complex initiatives moving forward. You will join the team onsite in either Iselin, NJ or Charlotte, NC, collaborating directly with technical, business, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, practical data solutions.

Technical Direction & Strategy>
- Define the technical vision for the team
- Make architectural decisions and select appropriate technologies

- Guide developers and foster technical excellence within the team

Project Execution>
- Ensure code quality
- Assist in setting up CI/CD
- Manage technical risks and troubleshoot issues
- Contribute to coding activities as needed

Stakeholder Collaboration>
- Act as a bridge between developers and product managers/stakeholders
- Align technical solutions with business needs

Process Improvement>
- Implement coding standards and best practices
- Improve development workflows

Business Analysis>
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, workflows, and requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards

Client Relationship Management>
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions and service delivery
- Solicit client feedback to improve processes, products, and services
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience working on a Data Warehouse project involving Snowflake migration is mandatory
- Extensive experience in software development and architecture
- Strong business analysis skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to manage technical projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
