Job Title: Scrum Master – Oracle CPQ / PLM Projects

Location- Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for projects involving Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum framework
• Support delivery of Oracle CPQ and PLM implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and key performance metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business stakeholders, architects)
• Drive continuous improvement within the team through retrospectives and feedback loops
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Support change management and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and/or PLM projects
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and distributed teams
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience in Oracle ecosystem or enterprise applications
• Exposure to integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices

Experience:

• 5–10 years of IT experience with at least 2–3 years as a Scrum Master
• Experience in Oracle CPQ/PLM implementations preferred
