Key Skills & Experience Required:
· Strong new logo hunting experience
· Proven background in Education sector (EduTech, Higher Education, K-12) and Publishing
· Excellent executive-level communication skills (written & verbal)
· Drive new business development and build a strong pipeline within Education and Publishing sectors
· Manage RFPs, RFIs, and inbound opportunities
· Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and Program Managers
· Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners for solutioning and deal closure
· Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful contract execution
· Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
· 10+ years of sales experience in IT Services (e.g., Quality Engineering, Application Development/Modernization)
· Demonstrated success in a hunter role within Education domain
· Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance in K-12 & Higher Education
· Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
