An AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced artificial intelligence systems. The position requires a focus on creating scalable, efficient AI solutions that support organizational goals of resilience, intelligence, and data accessibility.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms from scratch for various applications including natural language processing and intelligent automation.
  • Create functional and process designs, including scenario mapping, flow diagrams, prototyping, and testing to ensure robust AI solutions.
  • Document solution architecture, lessons learned, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Implement AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with current systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Manage data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment and operationalization.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and market assessments to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate AI seamlessly into broader architecture and workflows.
  • Advise executive leadership on AI strategy, technology policy, and potential impact areas for organizational growth.
  • Conduct solution architecture validation, including the deployment of large language models and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
  • Support GenAI models in production, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or relevant roles.
  • Proven experience in developing AI models, particularly large language models (LLMs) such as GPTs, Llama, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps tools, Docker, and cloud environments for AI deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with vector database implementations, RAG, and tuning LLMs for specific applications.
  • Familiarity with REST API development, NoSQL, and RDBMS database design and optimization.
  • Ability to assess and validate solution architectures for AI models and systems.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented and functional design principles with best-practice patterns.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment and available to work on-site.

Publishing Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annually

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
