Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software design, development, implementation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience building scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.

  • Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.

  • Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, code reviews, and implementation activities.

  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party systems.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

  • Develop unit tests and support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

  • Maintain technical documentation and follow established software development standards.

  • Support application deployment, production releases, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical improvements and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development.

  • Strong programming experience in one or more languages, such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

  • Experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

  • Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modeling.

  • Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and version control systems.

  • Knowledge of software testing, debugging, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
