Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled PM with extensive experience in 5G Core Deployment and Testing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network engineering principles and practices, with a strong focus on the latest 5G technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure the successful deployment and testing of 5G core networks.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, deployment, and testing of 5G core network solutions.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to define network requirements and specifications.
Conduct performance testing and optimization of 5G core networks to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Develop and implement network configuration and management processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Document network designs, configurations, and testing results for compliance and future reference.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 5G technology and network engineering.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in 5G Core Deployment and Testing.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and architectures, including LTE and 5G NR.
Experience with network performance analysis and optimization tools.
Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud based network solutions and virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of network automation and orchestration tools.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in network engineering.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 15 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on 5G technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
