1. Security Leadership and Framework Development
- Propose and execute a comprehensive security strategy for human resources and SuccessFactors, including vision-setting for role structures and governance mechanisms encompassing policy formation, standardization of naming, documentation practices, and approval processes.
- Implement a scalable and adaptable role architecture correlating with the functional architecture of HR, accommodating diverse criteria such as job responsibilities, data categories, and geographical/legal structural considerations.
- Oversee security assessments for system enhancements, module integrations, company mergers, or changes in HR workflows to preempt the risk of control lapses.
- Adopt and instill the concept of segregation of duties across critical HR activities (recruitment, separation, payroll, leave management, perks and benefits) while ensuring these are translated into practical, actionable security measures.
- Manage the forward-looking aspect of security initiatives, focusing on minimizing technical debt, system simplification, advancement through automation, and maintaining a state of continual audit preparedness.

2. Mastery in SuccessFactors Security Management
- Architect, develop, and sustain the Role-Based Permissions (RBP) infrastructure within SuccessFactors, which encompasses:
  - Setup of permission roles, assignment protocols, and creation of dynamic and rule-oriented permission groups.
  - Formulation of policies concerning target demographics, permissions related to MDF objects, and basic object accessibility.
  - Governance over administrator permissions and emergency access methodologies.
- Conduct accurate configuration and periodic verification of safeguards regarding critical HR information realms (personal data, employment records, compensation info, classified data, and attachments/documents regimen).
- Administer the provision and oversight of SuccessFactors Administrator access via the Admin Center by assuring limited administrative privileges and documented consent transactions.

3. Expertise in SAP HCM/HR Security Dynamics
- Demonstrate solid comprehension and application skills related to SAP HCM security layers, including PFCG role design, structural permissions, access to specific InfoTypes, and the intricate access protocols associated with HR master data.
- Regularly refine and adjust structural profiles and evaluation pathways to remain coherent with the evolving organizational hierarchy and HR reporting structures.

4. Stakeholder Engagement and Project Leadership
- Act as the principal security liaison for cross-functional teams including HR Information Technology, HR Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Information Security departments.
- Direct and foster the development of security analysts and guide both local and international teams in managing project backlogs, setting priorities, and preparing for service releases.
- Contribute security expertise to the crafting of project outlines, transition phases, and heightened post-go-live support, ensuring comprehensive user acceptance tests encompass security contingencies and negative test scripts.

Essential Technical Abilities:
- Mastery in SuccessFactors modules including RBP, permission group configurations, target populations, MDF object security control, and oversight of Admin Center processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) principles such as SAML protocols, OAuth standards, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management of identities within RBAC/ABAC frameworks.
- Proficiency in access governance, encompassing user access revalidation, principles of segregation of duties, secure management of privileged accounts, and emergency access procedures.
- Analytical and reporting skills with a firm handle on role-based assessments, synchronization of users and roles, and investigative expertise in deciphering authorization concerns.
