Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead – Cyber & Infrastructure to lead testing activities across cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity testing, test strategy development, team leadership, and coordinating testing across multiple technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, cloud, and OT initiatives.

• Lead SIT, UAT, infrastructure validation, security testing, and disaster recovery testing.

• Coordinate testing activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, network engineering, and business teams.

• Manage test plans, test scenarios, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

• Validate firewalls, routers, switches, servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.

• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, IAM testing, and security control validation.

• Validate network segmentation, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.

• Ensure high availability, backup, recovery, failover, and infrastructure resiliency.

• Track testing progress, defects, risks, and operational readiness.

• Utilize Azure DevOps and ServiceNow for test management and defect tracking.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or related technical environments.

• 3+ years of experience leading technical testing teams or initiatives.

• Strong experience in Infrastructure Testing and Cybersecurity Testing.

• Experience with Network Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and Disaster Recovery Testing.

• Knowledge of firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet).

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network segmentation.

• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud platforms.

• Experience with Active Directory, IAM, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Utility, Energy, Telecommunications, or Critical Infrastructure environments.

• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT integration.

• Experience with metering solutions, GIS integrations, control systems, and energy management systems.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, CCNA/CCNP, or ISTQB are preferred.
