Summary

Position: Salesforce Change Management Manager

Duration: 6 months with extension Possible

Location: Remote, United States only. All access to State systems and data must be from within the Contiguous United States.

 

Role Summary

The Change Management Manager / CRM Adoption Lead will support successful adoption of the Salesforce CRM solution by OCM staff and stakeholders. The role will assist with change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, training coordination, resistance management, adoption tracking, and readiness activities.

This role must be fulfilled by the Prime Contractor. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the OCM Director of the Change Management Office and project leadership to support CRM adoption.
  • Develop and maintain the change management strategy.
  • Support stakeholder analysis and stakeholder engagement planning.
  • Develop communication plans, readiness plans, resistance management plans, and adoption measurement plans.
  • Conduct change impact assessments for new workflows, technology, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with trainers and support specialists to align training with user needs.
  • Support end-user readiness for licensing, case management, inspections, complaints, enforcement, labs, sampling firms, and research workflows.
  • Develop user-focused communication materials.
  • Support awareness communications for internal users and external constituents.
  • Track adoption risks, resistance areas, training gaps, and stakeholder concerns.
  • Assist with go-live readiness, post-go-live adoption, and user support planning.
  • Work with project leadership to monitor change success and recommend improvements.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, business process change, or CRM implementation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, impact assessments, risk assessments, and resistance management plans.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR model.
  • Certified Change Management Professional certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM adoption.
  • Experience with government, public-sector, or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting training, user readiness, and post-go-live adoption.
