Description
Join a dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Vienna, VA. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will lead multiple strategic business programs and initiatives. 
This contract position requires strong leadership and program management skills to drive strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Lead planning, governance, and execution of strategic business programs.
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
Manage programs from concept through benefits realization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Establish clear scope, milestones, and communications to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Focus on strategic program leadership, operational execution, and organizational change.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making processes.
Ensure business outcomes are delivered on schedule and aligned with objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of complex business programs supporting strategic priorities.
Translate business strategy into integrated program roadmaps and implementation plans.
Establish and maintain program governance, including roles and responsibilities.
Drive alignment across business units and facilitate planning sessions.
Monitor program performance and recommend corrective actions to leadership.

Qualifications
Extensive experience leading strategic business programs in cross-functional environments.
Expert program and project management skills, including scope and change control.
Significant experience partnering with senior leadership to drive alignment.
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
