Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Mapping: Document existing workflows (As-Is) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Process Design & Optimization: Develop improved workflows (To-Be) using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Use simulation tools and data analysis to test new processes and predict outcomes before implementation.
Implementation & Change Management: Lead the rollout of new procedures, tools, or software systems, working with training and change management teams
Documentation & Standardization: Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, and technical documentation.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel), and ERP systems.
Methodologies: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), and Kaizen.
Certifications: training and certifications in related areas like Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or above, BPM Professional (BPMP) or Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and identify the root causes of issues. Dashboarding background (e.g. Power BI) preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Previous Experience: Proven success through at least 2 major transformation projects with similar global clients.
