Pay Range: $60- $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle migration projects .
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, especially in banking/financial domains
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as required
- Ensure smooth transition and post-migration support
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Project Management (IT/Technical)
- Strong experience in Oracle migration projects.
- Proven experience with large enterprise clients
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery frameworks
