Job Overview:
  • Responsible for providing technical onboarding support to new hires by preparing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and systems.
  • Ensures a seamless onboarding experience through device setup, system configuration, and remote assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees by preparing and configuring laptops for use within the organization.
  • Enroll and configure devices using mobile device management platforms.
  • Deploy and configure required applications and system settings.
  • Perform OS reinstallation and reimaging for macOS and Windows devices as needed.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and configuration issues.
  • Provide remote support to new hires using collaboration and remote assistance tools.
  • Guide users through setup processes and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure devices are compliant with organizational standards and policies.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in macOS setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with mobile device management tools and device enrollment.
  • Proficiency with remote support and collaboration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to assist non-technical users.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience in device setup, configuration, and technical support.
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
  • Experience working in a remote support or helpdesk environment preferred.
