Seeking an experienced MES Program Manager with expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Camstar/Opcenter Core. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MES implementation programs, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and drive manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

8–10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Siemens Camstar and/or Opcenter Core (preferred)
End-to-end MES implementation experience
Manufacturing domain expertise
Program planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management
Resource planning and budget management
Knowledge of ANSI/ISA-95 Manufacturing Operations Model
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete lifecycle MES implementation programs
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Ensure quality delivery and adherence to project methodologies
Oversee program governance, reporting, and post-implementation reviews
Mentor project teams and drive continuous process improvement
