Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist / Liaison to support a large-scale enterprise system implementation and organizational transformation initiative. This role will partner with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate project readiness, stakeholder engagement, change management activities, and successful implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support leadership and project teams during implementation and transition activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project work plans, schedules, and readiness activities.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, collaboration tools, and access to project information.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings, readiness sessions, workshops, and status reviews.
  • Prepare status reports, project updates, and implementation documentation.
  • Assist with organizational change management and transition planning activities.
  • Ensure project objectives remain aligned with business goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or organization-wide projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Experience supporting government, public-sector, or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
