Duration : 12+ Months

Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Program Manager to support Acquisition & Integration (A&M) initiatives within the Information Security organization. This is not a traditional Change Management or Communications role. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting M&A integrations, managing technical workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.

This individual will partner closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders to coordinate integration activities related to acquisitions and enterprise technology initiatives. The candidate must be able to quickly understand technical initiatives, identify dependencies and risks, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end acquisition and integration (M&A/A&M) initiatives within Information Security and IT environments
Coordinate and drive execution across multiple technical and security workstreams
Partner with Program/Project Managers, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and InfoSec stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
Track integration milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across programs
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, governance sessions, and executive updates
Translate technical initiatives into clear business and stakeholder communications
Assist with integration planning, execution tracking, and operational readiness activities
Identify gaps, blockers, and execution risks and proactively drive resolution
Support PMO governance processes, reporting, and program documentation
Ensure acquired entities are aligned with enterprise security standards, systems, and operational processes
Operate independently in a highly visible and fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Integration Management
Direct experience supporting M&A / Acquisition Integration / Post-Merger Integration initiatives
Experience working within Information Security, Cybersecurity, or enterprise IT environments
Strong understanding of technical/system integration projects and enterprise technology initiatives
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution across multiple teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Strong experience with risk tracking, dependency management, and governance processes
Ability to work independently and quickly adapt in complex environments
Experience using PMO/project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting cybersecurity or security transformation initiatives
Familiarity with enterprise PMO frameworks and governance models
Experience in large enterprise or consulting environments
Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, IAM, or security operations integrations
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications preferred

What We Are NOT Looking For:
Pure Change Management or Organizational Change Management backgrounds
Training or communications-only profiles
Candidates focused solely on creating presentations or training materials
Individuals without technical integration or M&A experience
Candidates requiring extensive onboarding or ramp-up time

Key Skills: M&A Integration, Post-Merger Integration, Technical Program Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Stakeholder Management, PMO Governance, Risk & Dependency Management, Systems Integration, Infrastructure Integration, Cross-Functional Coordination, Executive Communication
