Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Applications Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues on the factory floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Implement and test software applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on application usage.
• Optimize existing applications for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Document software designs, functionalities, and user manuals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or field support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial control systems.
• Proven ability to interpret technical specifications, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions to complex customer challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLM/PDM systems
• Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD)
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
