Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and implement software solutions for manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Configure and optimize manufacturing applications for performance and reliability.
  • Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure proper functionality and integration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, including user manuals and training materials.
  • Train end-users on application features, functionality, and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in production processes and equipment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to manufacturing applications.
  • Strong understanding of automation, robotics, and control systems within a factory setting.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design review and analysis.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) for extracting insights from manufacturing data.
