junior-mid-level Technical Content Writer to support API and microservices documentation efforts within an Agile product team. The resource will work
on-site in one of Key's approved hub locations and collaborate closely with the
Lead Tech Content Writer, Product Owners, and API engineering teams.
This will be a
1-year contract with potential extension, likely processed through
Workspan.

- Document microservices, integrations, and product features using tools such as Confluence or similar documentation platforms (specific tools not mandated)..docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)
- Participate as a full member of an Agile scrum team, receiving user stories/tasks and delivering documentation aligned with sprint cycles..docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)
- Collaborate regularly with the Lead Tech Content Writer for reviews, quality checks, and alignment on documentation standards. Similar to developers going to leads for code review..docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)
