RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking an IT Product Manager IV to join their team in San Francisco, CA.

Summary:
In this role, you'll help shape the foundational product experience that underlies the client, while also driving new, emerging capabilities that push the product forward. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content, Compliance/Legal and other Product teams to turn big, ambiguous opportunities into a clear roadmap and shipped outcomes. Responsibilities:
* Own the product vision and strategy for a core piece of the client's filing experience, balancing near-term delivery with long-term foundational investment
* Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to improve usability, accuracy and customer confidence across the product
* Drive the development of AI-powered and personalized capabilities that reduce customer effort and improve outcomes
* Partner with Design and Engineering to make complex experiences feel simple, intuitive and trustworthy
* Use experimentation, customer research and data to validate ideas, measure impact and continuously iterate
* Lead end-to-end execution in partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content and Compliance/Legal
* Drive alignment and clear decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders, even amid ambiguity
* Communicate strategy, progress and results clearly to senior leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of leading complex, high-impact consumer software experiences from ambiguity to execution
* Experience shaping or shipping AI-powered, ML-driven or agentic product experiences is a strong plus
* Strong technical fluency: comfortable partnering deeply with engineering on system design and AI/ML-driven capabilities
* Deep customer empathy, with the ability to translate complex or technical concepts into simple, trustworthy experiences
* A data-driven mindset: comfortable with experimentation, metrics and defining success criteria for novel experiences
* Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
* Demonstrated ability to both evolve mature, foundational platforms and drive new 0-to-1 initiatives
* A genuine passion for building products that make customers feel more confident, not more confused
* Background in fintech or other regulated spaces where accuracy and trust are paramount is a plus
* No specific degree or educational background is required for this role; We're focused on finding the right skills, experience and judgment for the job

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
