RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for a remote Product Manager, Aging Services Content & Partnerships.

Responsibilities
* Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver-facing educational content and strategic partnerships
* Define and execute the content strategy, including what content gets created, updated, personalized, or retired
* Build digital content experiences that support caregivers and families across long-term care journeys
* Develop personalized content pathways based on caregiver personas, care stages, diagnoses, and behavioral needs
* Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Content teams to deliver impactful user experiences
* Drive the evolution of a large-scale content ecosystem across videos, articles, educational resources, and digital learning experiences
* Use engagement data, user feedback, and business objectives to prioritize product initiatives and influence roadmap decisions
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and personalization to deliver the right content to the right user at the right time
* Ensure content experiences are optimized across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablet devices
* Oversee content production workflows and collaborate with content creators to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency
* Establish standards for highly engaging digital content and continuously improve content effectiveness
* Create customizable educational programs that adapt to varying caregiver journeys and needs
* Evaluate, source, and manage external partnerships that expand caregiver resources, support services, and educational offerings
* Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for engineering and content teams
* Use analytics, experimentation, and user research to improve engagement, adoption, knowledge retention, and caregiver outcomes
* Develop and monitor content engagement, personalization, and partner-impact KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/BA degree or higher
* 3+ years of Product Management experience owning user-facing digital products or experiences
* Experience building content-driven products, content management systems (CMS), educational platforms, or personalization systems
* Experience managing product roadmaps and translating business goals into shipped product features
* Experience using customer insights, analytics, and engagement data to inform product decisions
* Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Content, Operations, Clinical, or other non-technical stakeholders
* Experience delivering mobile experiences across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets
* Experience overseeing content strategy, content production, content operations, or digital learning programs is highly preferred
* Experience evaluating, launching, or managing third-party partnerships is a plus
* Experience working within healthcare, caregiving, aging services, senior care, patient engagement, digital health, or related industries is strongly preferred
* Experience supporting long-term engagement, education, or behavior-change programs is a plus
* Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
* Experience leveraging AI-powered tools or personalization technologies to improve user experiences is a plus
* Strong product management and roadmap ownership capabilities
* Strong content strategy and content lifecycle management experience
* Deep understanding of digital engagement and user experience principles
* Ability to identify what makes content engaging, useful, and impactful for adult learners and caregivers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience interpreting engagement metrics, user behavior data, and feedback to drive decisions
* Strong understanding of personalization and recommendation experiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
