Position Summary
The Technical Product Owner serves as the system owner and enterprise steward for core business platforms, with primary responsibility for Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Miro. This role governs platform standards, configurations, and operating models that enable scalable product delivery, workforce and financial governance, automation, and trusted reporting. Acting as both a strategic partner and decision authority, the Technical Product Owner balances team flexibility with enterprise controls while driving consistency, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for Aha!, Azure DevOps, and Miro, establishing and evolving enterprise standards, configurations, and best practices.
  • Own platform governance, including access management, roles, licensing, security controls, segregation of duties, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Administer and optimize platform configurations, workflows, templates, and integrations to support scalable and consistent delivery practices.
  • Drive automation and process standardization to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
  • Partner with product, delivery, operations, finance, and HR teams to translate business needs into sustainable platform solutions and governance models.
  • Establish guardrails, standards, and operating procedures that promote consistency, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across portfolio, delivery, workforce, utilization, financial, and operational metrics.
  • Provide advanced platform support, resolving complex configuration, workflow, access, integration, and data issues while balancing business needs with governance requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder enablement through onboarding, training, documentation, change management, and adoption support.
  • Manage platform backlogs and enhancement roadmaps, evaluating requests and prioritizing improvements aligned to departmental and enterprise objectives.
  • Continuously assess platform effectiveness, adoption, and value realization while driving strategic improvements and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on administration and configuration experience with Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Miro, including workflows, permissions, data models, automation, and integrations.
  • Proven experience supporting and governing enterprise business platforms in a large-scale environment.
  • Strong ability to translate business, product, and operational requirements into scalable system configurations and governance standards.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery, product development lifecycles, portfolio management, and time-tracking practices.
  • Experience partnering with product, finance, HR, delivery, and leadership teams to design compliant, scalable, and user-friendly workflows.
  • Demonstrated success improving data quality, reporting reliability, platform adoption, and operational efficiency through platform optimization and automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
