Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal customers and Agile teams to enhance product evolution and ensure maximum business value.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Agile teams to communicate product vision and requirements.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Engage with stakeholders and users to gather insights and translate their needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to provide real-time feedback and address prioritization needs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and story mapping exercises to enhance product development.
  • Employ product management practices, including customer research and market analysis, to inform product strategy.
Skills
  • Proven experience in Agile environments with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product vision effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and team empowerment.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe.
  • Experience in customer research and data analytics to drive product decisions.
  • Adeptness in developing and evolving product backlogs to align with business goals.
