In this contingent resource assignment, the Technology Business Services Consultant will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning responsibilities. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangible or unprecedented considerations.
The consultant will contribute to the resolution of complex situations by applying a strong understanding of technology-enabled business services, enterprise policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are essential to ensure high-quality, defensible deliverables.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Consult on complex, enterprise-level initiatives supporting Technology Business Services and data-informed decision-making
Analyze multi-dimensional business and technology challenges, evaluating risk, impact, and tradeoffs
Support large-scale planning efforts by translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise objectives and compliance requirements
Contribute to the resolution of complex issues through structured analysis and strategic problem-solving
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical, business, and leadership audiences
Support governance, documentation, and delivery activities aligned to enterprise standards
