Job Summary:

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, acquired entities, and Microsoft delivery teams for a strategic cloud migration project.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment among all involved parties to ensure an effective Azure migration process.
- Conduct early-stage discovery and analysis of systems, infrastructure, and data for entities not fully integrated.
- Analyze application landscapes, integrations, and dependencies to inform migration planning.
- Identify and document risks, gaps, and constraints impacting migration timelines and business continuity.
- Document current-state architecture, processes, and operational requirements.
- Support the prioritization and sequencing of migration activities based on complexity and business impact.
- Provide insights to optimize resource capacity planning and minimize strain on migration teams.
- Ensure migrations align with target architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Interface directly with external partners, especially Microsoft, in a client-facing capacity.
- Focused on consolidating enterprise workloads to Azure from on-premises, AWS, and Oracle environments.
