Summary

This pivotal role will focus on delivering innovative solutions across airport locations, retail partner sites, and multi-brand combo stores. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable product strategies that drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Product Delivery:
    Lead end-to-end execution for assigned non-traditional store initiatives, ensuring timely and successful deployments from discovery through to post-launch iteration.

  • Requirements Definition & Management:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate operational, business, and partner needs into comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Brand, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to align on priorities, resolve trade-offs, and maintain momentum.

  • Roadmap Planning & Prioritization:
    Support strategic planning by managing the product backlog, prioritizing requests based on impact and feasibility, and maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Delivery Oversight:
    Facilitate hybrid Agile/Waterfall workflows using Jira to track work, manage sprints, and support reporting. Ensure high-quality deliverables and readiness for launch.


Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Jira for backlog management, reporting, and workflows.
  • Experience operating successfully within hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Strong skills in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as grooming, stand-ups, planning, and demos.
  • Ability to derive clear requirements for PRDs, break work into Epics and User Stories, and maintain flexibility across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in Non-Traditional, Retail, or Franchise environments.
  • Background in consumer-facing digital products—ordering systems, payments, loyalty, or operational tools.
  • Familiarity with complex partner or marketplace integrations.

  • Strong cross-functional alignment leading to predictable and efficient execution.
