Summary

-2 year contract with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance.
-1 round of interviews with the host manager and her supervisor
-Location: 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) onsite at Century Park West
-Hours are 7 AM - 4 PM PST
-Internal title is Project Support Coordinator
-This manager sits on the Energy Delivery Distribution/Project Support organization. This person will be reporting directly to this manager. They will have 12 other Project Support Coordinators with them (6 FTE and 6 contractors.)
-This manager is the supervisor for this team, they manage customer initiated projects within the company.
-3 Key Things they are looking for: Someone who is adaptable, has a bachelor''s degree, and someone who has worked with SAP on any modules.
-Ideally looking for a Junior PM or Senior Project Coordinator- this person can come from any industry (healthcare, utility, construction, etc.)
-This person will be working on the management side, managing projects, maintaining deadlines, and assisting other Planning Supervisors. They want this person to be detail oriented, and coming from a project management/coordinating space where they have managed projects.
