We are seeking a Junior Technical Program Manager (TPM) . This role is ideal for a highly organized, communicative, and tech-savvy individual with a strong foundation in end-user technologies and program management practices.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and program management teams to develop and maintain roadmaps for infrastructure and application development projects.
- Define project scope, establish milestones, and manage delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Drive planning, implementation, and execution using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project needs.
- Promote and contribute to project management best practices across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Excel - including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience with Jira - for tracking tasks, managing sprints, and reporting.
- Familiarity with end-user technology - such as endpoints, mobile devices, user-facing applications, and related support tools.
- Understanding of help desk or system support domains - including ticketing systems, escalation processes, and service delivery.
Preferred Experience: - 5-10 years of experience in technical program or project management.
- Exposure to infrastructure engineering or enterprise IT environments.
- Experience working in hybrid teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
