Summary

Associate Payroll Analyst_REMOTE_6 Months

Position Overview:

Associate Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely payroll delivery for approximately 8,000 employees. This temporary position will join an established payroll team and contribute directly to biweekly payroll processing, employee case resolution, garnishment administration, and time-sensitive on-demand payments. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on payroll processing experience and can quickly learn client’s processes while working within firm payroll deadlines and service-level expectations.

Required qualifications

Hands-on experience processing payroll; candidates whose experience is limited to answering payroll questions or providing general HR support will not meet the core requirement.
Working knowledge of payroll cycles, deadlines, controls, and common payroll transactions.
Ability to work a consistent 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time schedule in a fully remote environment.
Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain payroll matters clearly and professionally.
Ability to manage competing priorities, respond to urgent issues, and work accurately under strict deadlines.
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including organizing data, working across files and templates, and preparing upload-ready spreadsheets.
Strong judgment, attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED.
