Technical Project Manager (Cloud, Observability, Jira)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cloud and observability-driven initiatives, including AWS-based projects, observability platform rollouts (Logz.io), and DevOps-related programs.

This role requires a strong communicator who understands technical concepts at a high level, can interpret dashboards, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery, and presents themselves professionally in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives (AWS-focused)
• Drive observability platform implementations, including Logz.io integrations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Monitor and communicate project health using Jira dashboards and reporting
• Interpret technical metrics, logs, and observability insights to support decision-making
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Provide executive-level updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / Scrum Master roles
• Strong experience working with AWS environments
  • Must be able to discuss cloud migration concepts, challenges, and outcomes
• Experience with observability/logging platforms
  • Logz.io experience is REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
• Hands-on experience with Jira (reporting, dashboards, workflow understanding)
  • Not just usage — must be able to interpret dashboards and delivery metrics
• Experience managing DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure-related projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • CI/CD and DevOps workflows
  • System integrations and production environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like: ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk (if paired with Logz.io exposure)
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe
• Exposure to monitoring/logging pipelines, alerting systems
