Job Overview:
The Site Manager - Datacenter Operations will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a datacenter facility. This role requires a strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, operational efficiency, and team management. The ideal candidate will ensure the datacenter operates at optimal performance while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of datacenter operations, including infrastructure, equipment, and personnel.
  • Ensure the datacenter meets performance, reliability, and uptime standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to datacenter systems.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
  • Respond to and resolve operational issues and emergencies promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in datacenter operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay Range: $200-210K

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
