Title- Training and Support Specialist
Duration- 5+ months (possible extension)
Location- Raleigh, NC 27607 (Hybrid)


Job Details-
The purpose of the position will be to create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units. 
No travel is required. This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 position. The client will require 8 days per month onsite. Remote option is available, upon approval, for the selected candidate that may not be local to the Raleigh, NC area.

Key Responsibilities-
Create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units.
Create resources to support employee learning, such as tips, job aids, and templates.
Facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events.
Meet required timelines for deliverables.
Work with Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training and Support Specialists, Learning and Development Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant, and an Administrative Support Specialist.

Required Skills-
5+ years of instructional design and technical knowledge.
3+ years of experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners.
3+ years of strong content development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Articulate 360.
3+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and delivering classroom and online training.
3+ years of experience facilitating live virtual meetings/events with strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
3+ years of experience using Adobe Articulate, Camtasia, MS Teams, Microsoft Office products, and Webex.

Preferred Skills-
3+ years of understanding the Medicaid Program and the processes used by county, regional, and state staff to administer those programs.
