Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education & Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 2 5 years of relevant administrative or office experience, or strong business acumen
  • Working knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing emails, documents, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence and set up virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports; assist with invoice tracking and management
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance
  • Maintain both physical and electronic records and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports and presentations
  • Support the coordination and execution of special projects, meetings, and training sessions
