ServiceNow Srong Tecno-functional role on Service HRSD, source to pay

This position will perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of the enterprise products used by the department.

The work will be a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application support.

This position will develop solutions on the Service Now (SNOW) platform, both within the SNOW HRSM (HR Service Management) scoped application and across the SNOW platform related to ITSM (IT Service Management) and other platform areas.
