Position Summary
As an HR Business Partner at Infinite, you will serve as a strategic advisor, supporting leaders in a fastpaced global IT and digital engineering environment. This role aligns HR strategy with Infinite s transformationfocused business objectives and supports workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and culture building.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with business and technology leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective HR strategies suitable for Infinite s global technology environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on performance, talent development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
Organizational Development & Change
- Support organizational change initiatives relevant to Infinite s digital transformation delivery, including restructuring, culture initiatives, and process optimization.
- Facilitate change adoption across multisite and global teams.
Talent & Workforce Planning
- Assist with workforce planning for engineering, IT services, product development, and consulting teams.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, development, and retention.
Employee Relations
- Provide expert coaching on employee relations matters, documentation, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct rootcause analysis on engagement issues and recommend improvements.
HR Program Execution
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR programs and frameworks across U.S. business.
- Collaborate with global HR teams (Compensation, Talent, Learning ) to deliver enterprise HR initiatives.
People Analytics
- Use HR data insights to identify trends in turnover, engagement, skills, and performance to drive data-backed HR actions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years HRBP or broad HR experience supporting fastpaced, matrixed teams.
- Strong analytical, consulting, and influence skills; ability to work with senior technology leaders.
Preferred
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRMCP/SCP).
- Experience in IT services, digital engineering, or product/solutions environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong employee relations judgment.
- Ability to use HR analytics and metrics to drive insights.
- Comfort working in a global, multicultural environment
