StaffRight Associates is managing all aspects of this search to connect high-caliber technical talent with an organization driving advanced platform innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise security frameworks for model hosting environments, registries, feature stores, vector databases, and agent orchestration systems.

  • Design and deploy robust Identity And Access Management protocols, including granular policy enforcement, secrets management, and credential lifecycle controls across all data stores and autonomous tools.

  • Establish isolation boundaries and execution sandboxes for agentic workflows to systematically reduce blast radiuses and enforce least-privilege tool access.

  • Build multi-layered observability and logging pipelines covering prompts, tool invocations, model outputs, and data access paths, integrating them into existing detection infrastructure.

  • Spearhead incident response protocols and forensic investigations into model misuse, compromised agents, or unauthorized data movements.

  • Partner with DevOps and platform engineering cohorts to embed security controls, secure deployment patterns, and policy-as-code directly into continuous integration pipelines.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat modeling covering third-party software supply chains, foundation models, and external services.

  • Enforce compliance across NIST CSF, NIST RMF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type 2 frameworks by delivering automated technical controls and audit-ready evidence.

  • Author and maintain clear, audit-ready technical documentation, including architectural decision records, threat models, operating procedures, and runbooks.

  • Provide technical mentorship and operational oversight to engineering team members troubleshooting platform security incidents.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field, combined with 7+ years of progressive professional experience.

  • 5+ Years of focused experience in Cloud Security or Platform Security.

  • 3+ Years of hands-on experience hardening Container Orchestration, Kubernetes-Based Platforms, and Microservices.

  • Advanced technical expertise in Identity And Access Management, Secrets Management, and securing Service-To-Service Communication across distributed environments.

  • Demonstrated history applying NIST CSF, NIST RMF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type 2 frameworks to enterprise programs.

  • Proven capability in building Security Tooling and Security Automation while collaborating closely with Infrastructure Teams and Site Reliability Engineering teams.

  • Exceptional technical writing proficiency with a proven track record of producing Audit-Ready Security Documentation and driving consensus across teams.

  • Deep knowledge of Data Protection Practices, including Data Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, Data Masking, and Access Pattern Monitoring for specialized workloads.

  • Preferred familiarity with Agentic AI Systems, Machine Learning Infrastructure, and Large Language Model Security.

Compensation & Total Rewards
