Job Description:
We are seeking a
Business Execution Analyst to support Risk, Control, and Operations teams within
Wholesale Lending Operations. This role will support multiple business lines and functional leaders by assisting with low-complexity initiatives, process alignment, and access management activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in
Wholesale Lending, Risk & Controls, or Operations, along with strong Excel and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Risk, Control, and Operations teams across multiple business lines
- Assist in creating and maintaining system access matrices
- Align job roles with system access requirements
- Participate in low-complexity Business Execution initiatives
- Review and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide information and support to internal stakeholders
- Perform basic analysis and problem-solving tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in:
- Business Execution / Implementation / Strategic Planning
- OR Wholesale Lending Operations / Risk / Controls
- Basic understanding of risk, controls, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Excel (Mandatory):
- Formulas
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with approved AI tools / technical tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Wholesale Lending Operations
- Exposure to Operational Risk, Controls, or Compliance
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership

Pay Range: $35 - $38
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
