Job Description:


We are seeking a Business Execution Analyst to support Risk, Control, and Operations teams within Wholesale Lending Operations. This role will support multiple business lines and functional leaders by assisting with low-complexity initiatives, process alignment, and access management activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Wholesale Lending, Risk & Controls, or Operations, along with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Risk, Control, and Operations teams across multiple business lines
  • Assist in creating and maintaining system access matrices
  • Align job roles with system access requirements
  • Participate in low-complexity Business Execution initiatives
  • Review and follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide information and support to internal stakeholders
  • Perform basic analysis and problem-solving tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in:
    • Business Execution / Implementation / Strategic Planning
    • OR Wholesale Lending Operations / Risk / Controls
  • Basic understanding of risk, controls, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel (Mandatory):
    • Formulas
    • Pivot Tables
    • VLOOKUP
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with approved AI tools / technical tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Wholesale Lending Operations
  • Exposure to Operational Risk, Controls, or Compliance
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership

Pay Range: $35 - $38
