Please submit candidates ONLY if they have direct, hands-on experience with workflow/system migration projects, specifically:
- Migrating from Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate, Excel, and Power BI
- To a new platform such as Jotform (or similar workflow/form tools)
Candidates must have worked on end-to-end transformation projects, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, data mapping, and testing.
Profiles without this exact or closely related migration experience will not be considered.
Role Overview
This role will support a system transformation project, migrating existing workflows (Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate, Excel, Power BI) to a new platform (Jotform). The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and testing efforts.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4 7 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in:
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Gap analysis (current vs. future state)
- Testing / UAT support
- Government experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and business analysis practices
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate
- Familiarity with Jotform
- Background in system migration or workflow transformation projects
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Lead stakeholder meetings and requirement sessions
- Collaborate with technical teams on implementation
- Support testing, validation, and reporting requirements
- Provide regular status updates to leadership
