About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Software Engineer to support complex, enterprise-grade software initiatives. In this contingent assignment, you will design, build, and deploy scalable applications across UI, backend, data, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with engineering partners, influence technical direction, and deliver high-impact solutions with minimal oversight.
This role requires a strong full-stack background, hands-on technical ownership, and the ability to operate in a hybrid environment aligned to U.S. EST business hours.
What You'll DoFull-Stack Development- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications across UI, backend, and data layers.
- Own features end-to-end-from technical design through production release.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
Frontend / UI Engineering- Build modern, responsive, and accessible UIs using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures.
- Optimize for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Backend Engineering- Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs integrating UI, data, and downstream systems.
- Implement secure coding, authentication/authorization, and enterprise API standards.
Graph & Data Engineering- Design and implement graph-based data models (e.g., Neo4j).
- Develop and optimize graph queries and integrate graph data into backend services.
- Work across SQL (MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments.
Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift (OCP).
- Deploy and operate applications in AWS and enterprise container platforms.
- Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and developer productivity.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration- Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept efforts.
- Collaborate across product, platform, data, and AI teams.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and best-practice coaching.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent training, military, consulting, or education).
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong frontend skills: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong backend expertise: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
- Proven experience building and delivering RESTful APIs.
- Database proficiency: SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker.
- Ability to independently deliver large, complex enterprise solutions.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Aura).
- Knowledge graph or relationship-driven data modeling experience.
- Exposure to AI or GenAI-enabled applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or enterprise observability tools.
- Background supporting large-scale consumer or data platforms.
