Windows Systems AdministratorLocation: Suitland, MDClearance Required: Active TS/SCILeidos is seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to support critical mission operations at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Suitland, MD. Primary Responsibilities: - Administer MS Exchange, Data Spillage Compliance and Restoration of Mailboxes.
- Administer and support Windows-based mission applications and hardware.
- Configure, maintain, and secure physical and virtual systems to STIG standards.
- Support system upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless operations and mission success.
- Resolve technical issues using existing ticketing system and manage change requests.
- Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories.
- Perform ACAS Driven System remediations to exceed System Compliance standards.
- Support Cloud based Functions, integration and ongoing Exchange Online Migration.
Basic Qualifications:- Active TS/SCI clearance (in DISS).
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2008-2022), MS Exchange, Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs.
- Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and migration skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with rack-mounted servers, networking, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Virtual Based servers and networking.
- Familiarity with Cloud based servers, networking, and concepts.
