We are seeking an experienced SAP Architect & Data Migration Lead to oversee regional SAP deployments across the Americas and ensure alignment with global SAP S/4HANA templates and enterprise architecture standards.

The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP S/4HANA architecture, data migration leadership, enterprise integration, governance, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Architecture & Solution Design

• Provide architectural guidance for SAP applications, integrations, and related technologies.
• Ensure regional solutions align with global SAP S/4HANA templates.
• Design scalable, integrated, and sustainable SAP solutions.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, dependencies, and regional requirements.

Data Migration Leadership

• Lead end-to-end regional data migration activities across the Americas.
• Develop migration plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation.
• Ensure migration activities follow global data governance and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve data-related risks and issues throughout deployment.

Governance & Clean Core

• Promote SAP best practices across regional implementations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and SAP governance standards.
• Drive Clean Core principles and minimize unnecessary customizations.
• Review and resolve architecture and governance exceptions.

Deployment & Technical Advisory

• Provide technical input for solution design, project planning, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Support regional SAP rollouts and multi-country deployments.
• Advise business and IT leadership on deployment approaches and technical risks.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with global template owners, regional IT teams, functional leaders, data teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical and functional teams.
• Provide technical recommendations, status updates, and escalation support.

• 12+ years of IT / Enterprise Applications / SAP experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
• SAP Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
• Data Migration Leadership
• Data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation
• SAP Global Template implementation experience
• Regional / global SAP deployment experience
• SAP Governance & Architecture Standards
