Java Full Stack Software Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team building scalable, high-impact applications. In this role, you'll contribute across the
full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.
You'll work with modern technologies including
Java-based full stack development, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and containerized environments (Kubernetes) to deliver performant and reliable solutions.

What You'll Do- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Java-based full stack applications
- Build scalable backend services and contribute to front-end development as needed
- Work with cloud-based environments (AWS & Azure) for application hosting and data management
- Develop and deploy applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions
- Optimize and refactor code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Break down work into manageable tasks and estimate effort accurately
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with thoughtful, root-cause analysis
- Support system configuration and application deployments (including occasional after-hours support)
- Create and maintain technical documentation (installation guides, user instructions, troubleshooting steps)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Agile development processes
Additional Leadership Opportunities (Based on Experience)- Lead maintenance or support efforts and ensure SLA adherence
- Coordinate and support software deployments/releases
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues
- Share knowledge to strengthen team capabilities and product understanding
Core Skills & Experience- Strong Java full stack development experience
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or containerized deployments
- Solid understanding of:
- Software design and architecture
- Build and deployment pipelines
- Debugging and testing practices
- Agile methodologies
