Role Overview
We're seeking a highenergy, executiondriven PMO professional to lead and orchestrate multiple Data workstreams across a fastmoving enterprise environment. This role is the connective tissue across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Program & Track Management
Own daytoday coordination across multiple Data project tracks (Mainly Palantir Foundry, data pipelines, operational workflows, integrations, etc.).
Build and maintain a unified program plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and crossteam impacts.
Drive weekly cadence: standups, sprint reviews, governance meetings, and leadership updates.
Ensure delivery teams have what they need removing blockers, escalating intelligently, and maintaining forward momentum.
Stakeholder Communication (Bidirectional)
Serve as the central communication hub between engineering, data, product, business owners, and external partners.
Translate technical updates into crisp, executiveready summaries and vice versa.
Maintain transparent, timely communication loops ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged.
Proactively surface risks, decisions needed, and crossfunctional impacts.
Jira & Documentation Excellence
Maintain impeccable Jira hygiene: sprint boards, epics, stories, dependencies, and status notes.
Ensure teams follow consistent standards for updates, tagging, and documentation.
Produce structured weekly reports, dashboards, and program summaries.
Capture decisions, action items, and followups with precision and speed.
Governance & Delivery Discipline
Enforce delivery frameworks, PMO standards, and best practices across all Palantir tracks.
Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination as needed.
Track KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics to ensure program health and transparency.
Requirements
5 10+ years of PMO, program management, or technical project management experience.
Experience supporting Palantir Foundry or similar data/analytics platforms (nice to have).
Strong understanding of data engineering, integrations, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and executivefacing.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a highvelocity environment.
Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery practices.
