- Competitive pay: $26-$44/hour based on experience, plus overtime opportunities.
- Monday-Friday schedule (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) with occasional call-outs for special projects.
- Install, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, and packaging systems.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
- Handle plumbing, fabrication, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Support equipment upgrades and new installations.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met throughout the plant.
- Experience: 2-10+ years in maintenance within food, beverage, bakery, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Skills: Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, equipment installation, fabrication, and general repair.
- Dependability: Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to respond to occasional after-hours calls.
- High school diploma or GED required. Skills test will be administered.
- Hourly position with paid overtime.
- Background check and drug screen required (safety-sensitive role).
