Job Description:
Job Title: Pega Developer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Charlotte NC
Payrate: $60.00 - 65.06/hr
Overview of the work being done:
Candidates will be responsible for working on GIN project or BAU related work. Dat to day responsibilities may include Pega design, Pega development, Production incident triage Support with unit and functional testing, coordinating with offshore team members, Coordinating with our partner teams and operations teams.

They will be Working on GIN applications
This position is for a good Pega Lead Developer who is a motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or closely related field
7 + years of relevant delivery experience
Primary Skill: Pega CLSA
Secondary Skill: Agile tools (Jira)
Required Qualifications
Experience in designing PEGA implementations including class structure design, integration design, UI harness, activities, Agents, BPM, Banking Domain, etc.
Skills on PEGA PRPC and SI frameworks, Upgrade experience
DevOps / CICD experience - Optional
Has experience in developing solutions in integrating Pega with external systems using SOAP, MQ, File, etc.
Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
Database: Oracle, Pl/SQL
Other: MuleSoft, JIRA

Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Proactive work to resolve client issues
Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the business environment and quickly react against any critical issues always related to the supported systems
Proactively implement solutions and processes to reduce the number of support calls
Ensure operational health of the systems by resolving escalated problems, performing application fine-tuning, and system performance improvement activities
Keep Systems Operations and Training documentation up to date
Conduct training to fellow team members and users
Support of Application processing (monitoring back-end jobs, attending to alerts)
Development of workarounds (interim solutions)
Perform testing (technical UAT, performance)
Understand priorities and execute work accordingly. Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
Familiarity with full project life cycle from requirements through deployment
The resources that we need should be multi-skilled in at least a few technologies and have the acumen to adapt & learn quickly
