We are seeking a creative and strategic Skilling Advisor to lead content-driven training initiatives focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, and Copilot Studio. You will join a mission-driven team helping nonprofits and changemakers unlock the value of AI technology through tailored learning content. responsibilities:
Develop Learning Assets: Design and own high-quality skilling content, including courses, workshops, facilitator guides, job aids, and reusable templates that help diverse audiences adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Produce Instructional Videos: Create engaging video content from concept and scripting through recording, editing, and publishing (tutorials, demos, and microlearning series) to scale training reach.
Strategic Advisory: Advise nonprofit partners and clients on responsible AI adoption, including organizational change management strategies, AI policy development, and governance frameworks.
Enable Partners & Cohorts: Train and enable skilling partners through a train-the-trainer model and support cohorts of nonprofits to build technical skills and navigate organizational transformation.
qualifications:
Instructional Design Mastery: Proven experience building courses, curricula, facilitator materials, and scalable learning assets for technical and non-technical audiences.
Video Production Expertise: Demonstrated experience in scripting, recording, and editing instructional videos, with a portfolio of published learning materials.
Advanced AI Tool Knowledge: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent use cases, and Copilot Studio for modern work productivity.
Sector Fluency: Deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector, including a genuine understanding of how mission-driven organizations operate, fund programs, and manage capacity limits.
