Summary

Mindex is looking for an Oracle CPQ Engineer who thrives on solving complex configuration and integration challenges while partnering directly with clients to deliver scalable Oracle CPQ solutions. In this role, you will serve as the Oracle CPQ subject matter expert for a client engagement, designing and implementing solutions that support pricing, subscriptions, approvals, and integrations for an AI-assisted quoting platform.

This is a hands-on consulting role requiring someone who can work collaboratively with team members and client stakeholders and deliver production-ready Oracle CPQ solutions from requirements through implementation.

Engagement & Compensation Details
  • Approximately 6-month engagement with the opportunity for extension
  • $90,000 - $140,000

What You'll Accomplish
  • Serve as the Oracle CPQ technical expert for a client engagement, guiding solution design through implementation and deployment
  • Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluate technical approaches, and recommend scalable Oracle CPQ solutions
  • Design and configure Oracle CPQ functionality including pricing, subscriptions, Bill of Materials (BOM), Redwood UI, Rate Cards, and Approval Workflows
  • Develop Oracle CPQ integrations using APIs to support AI-assisted quoting workflows and downstream business processes
  • Analyze existing CPQ configurations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that align with client business objectives
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and client subject matter experts to ensure Oracle CPQ solutions integrate seamlessly within the broader application architecture
  • Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and implementation approaches for both technical and business stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle CPQ configuration, pricing, and integration issues throughout the engagement

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle project from design through go-live
  • Strong experience configuring Oracle CPQ Pricing, Subscriptions, BOMs, Approval Workflows, and Redwood UI
  • Experience developing Oracle CPQ integrations using REST API
  • Proven ability to work independently, owning a design from concept through implementation with minimal oversight
  • Strong consulting mindset; comfortable digging into ambiguous problems, proposing solutions, and defending technical decisions directly with client stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment supporting external clients is a plus.
  • Experience supporting or integrating AI-assisted or agentic workflows a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
