Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, maintain, and enhance software solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering the chance to work on impactful projects and collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and design scalable applications.
Ensure compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems, particularly banking platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.
Contribute to the upgrade and enhancement of core systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Document software functionalities, workflows, and processes for future reference.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to software architecture.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align software solutions accordingly.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with banking systems such as Fiserv.
Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C# and ASP.NET.
Strong understanding of .NET framework and its application in system development.
Familiarity with DNA and related financial technologies.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
