We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with recent Banking/Financial Services domain experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and technical exposure to AWS and Snowflake environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage program delivery across the entire domain
Handle intake from business stakeholders based on bandwidth and priorities
Experience in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
Represent domain updates and progress to senior leadership
Work with technical teams using AWS and Snowflake tech stack
Perform Scrum Master responsibilities in Agile environment
Track risks, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business

Required Skills & Qualifications

Recent experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Proven experience as Technical Program Manager / Technical Manager
Strong expertise in Program Management
Experience with budgeting and resourcing
Experience managing business intake process
Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake
Scrum Master experience is required
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work with senior stakeholders
